Effective date: January 1, 2026. These terms apply to Orange Concrete Company and the website at concretecontractororange.com.
By accessing or using this website, or by requesting services from Orange Concrete Company, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use this website or request services from us. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of this website after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Orange Concrete Company is a concrete contractor based in Orange, CA. We provide residential and commercial concrete services, including but not limited to driveway construction, patio installation, stamped concrete, foundation work, retaining walls, pool decks, and related flatwork throughout Orange County and surrounding areas.
This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow prospective customers to contact us and request free estimates. No content on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of service availability, pricing, or scheduling.
All estimates provided by Orange Concrete Company are free and based on an in-person assessment of your property. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Estimates may be revised if site conditions differ materially from what was assessed at the time of the estimate, or if you request changes to the project scope.
Any cost estimates or price ranges referenced on this website are general guides based on typical project conditions. Actual pricing depends on project size, site conditions, material costs, permit fees, and other factors and may differ from those general ranges.
A written contract will be provided before any work begins. The contract price supersedes any estimate. We will not perform work beyond the agreed scope without your written authorization.
Project start dates are scheduled after a signed contract and any required deposit are received. Start dates are subject to change due to weather conditions, permit processing delays, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible of any scheduling changes.
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us in writing at least 72 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs incurred prior to cancellation. The specific terms of any cancellation fee will be set out in your written contract.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a project if site conditions are unsafe, access is denied, or other circumstances prevent safe and proper performance of the work.
Payment terms are stated in your written contract. Typical payment schedules include a deposit at the time of signing and a balance payment upon substantial completion of the project. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Under California law (Business and Professions Code Section 7159.5), a contractor may not request or accept a down payment in excess of $1,000 or 10 percent of the contract price, whichever is less, before work begins, except for custom orders of materials.
Invoices not paid by the due date may accrue interest at the rate of 1.5 percent per month on the unpaid balance. We reserve the right to record a mechanics lien against the property in accordance with California law if payment is not received after reasonable notice.
For projects that require a building permit under the City of Orange Building Code or applicable county or state regulations, we will obtain the required permit as part of the project. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be reflected in the contract price. We will schedule all required inspections and ensure the work is completed in compliance with applicable code requirements.
You are responsible for providing clear and safe access to the project site on the scheduled work dates. This includes ensuring pathways, gates, and driveways are accessible and that pets, vehicles, and personal property are removed from the work area before we arrive.
If your property is subject to homeowners association rules that govern exterior improvements, obtaining any required HOA approvals is your responsibility. We can provide documentation to assist with that process, but approvals must be secured before work begins. We are not liable for any HOA enforcement actions arising from work performed at your direction without required approvals.
We warrant that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards for concrete construction. Any defects in workmanship reported to us in writing within one year of project completion will be evaluated and, where applicable, corrected at no charge.
Normal concrete behavior such as minor surface cracking due to thermal expansion and contraction, natural color variation, and minor surface texture variation is not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, ground movement beyond normal seasonal variation, third-party alterations, tree root intrusion, or failure to maintain the surface as directed.
Except as stated above, to the fullest extent permitted by California law, Orange Concrete Company disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Orange Concrete Company's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services or this website shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
If a dispute arises between you and Orange Concrete Company, we ask that you contact us directly first so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. Reach us at info@concretecontractororange.com or by phone.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Orange County, California, under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration service. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
