Orange Concrete Companyholds a valid California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) C-8 Concrete Contractor license and carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by California law. Orange Concrete Company warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards for concrete construction in Southern California. Orange Concrete Company is not responsible for project delays caused by weather, permit authority timelines, material supply shortages, acts of God, or other circumstances outside our control. We will communicate schedule changes as promptly as possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orange Concrete Company's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific work from which the claim arises.
